The Mental Health Commission of Canada has created The Working Mind as part of their Opening Minds program. It is an evidence based program designed to initiate a shift in how you think, feel and act about mental health in your workplace.

The Working Mind is a proactive approach to mental health in the workplace. It assists managers and employees by giving them tools to address challenging situations that they may be currently avoiding without the knowledge and confidence in how to better support themselves and their team.

Leanne can deliver The Working Mind in your organization in person or virtually.

Managers will attend an 8 hour session (or it can be broken down into several shorter sessions if preferred)

Employees will attend a 5 hour session (or it can be broken down into several shorter sessions if preferred)
